| Target Participants | The CoreTrade scheme supports the retention of skilled workers by offering clear career progression and formal recognition. It allows advancement from R2 “Basic Skilled” status to registered Tradesman, Foreman, and Supervisor levels, with CoreTrade personnel recognised as R1 “Higher Skilled” under MOM’s Foreign Worker Levy Scheme. |
